We seek God by being still and listening for Him to speak to us. He can speak
to us in many ways - His Word, impressions, nature, audible voice etc.

34:8. O taste and see
that the LORD is good: blessed is the man that
trusteth in him.
A. As well as reading God’s
Word and praying, we need to taste God and see that He is good. We need to
experience God. We do this by opening our eyes and counting all the blessings
He bestows on us. When we see His hand in every aspect of our lives, we will
trust Him for we have seen Him and know Him.
